Post code errors on map

Hi,

I dont know if anyone else has noticed but the postcode/map feature is getting a few glitches.

I use PBi to show participant data on a project in Norfolk. I use the participant postcode to plot a bubble for each on the map. It has been working fine for months but just recently it has been throwing some off into suffolk which is incorrect.

NR319DD & NR171QP are both definetly Norfolk but it is plotting them in Saxmundam near Leiston (Suffolk). Both at the same location.

I wonder if this is just on my machine, or a wider issue??

Thanks for reading!Picture1.png

Hi @Anonymous ,

The postal code you provide it is possible something wrong, please check it.

One more thing ,you can change the postalcode to the type Postal Code. This contributes to the correct location of the map.
