Polar Chart Kind of with different values inside the quadrants

Dear all,

Can someone please advise how I can create a chart like the one below in PowerBI?

I need to represent 4 indicators on the 4 quadrants of the circle (like the 3 shades of blue in the picture below). For each indicator I will have 4 values of some companies - i.e., the score, from 0 to 100 - obtained by each company for the 4 indicators. 

The data I have is structured as in the table below. I understand that depending on the solution, I may need to restructure the data.

Indicator 1	A	70
Indicator 1	B	30
Indicator 1	C	80
Indicator 1	D	90
Indicator 2	A	100
Indicator 2	B	100
Indicator 2	C	90
Indicator 2	D	95
