Plotting 2 categories on a map

Hi all,

I'd love to know if there is a way to plot two categories of data on a map (In Excel or Power BI).

For context, we are breaking down the staff count by 2 types of role.

- We have our location list and no. of employee for each 

- Just want to display these with different coloured pins or bubbles 

Aware i can do this in 2 seperate maps but would love to combine

@Anonymous , I doubt the normal map , if add a category as a legend it will create a pie.

But you can check ArcGIS map
