Personal gateway still showing its offline

Hi All,

My personal gateway is online but powerbi still saying that its offline. I don't know why it's the case or what to do to solve it. Below is a screenshot that shows the gateway is online but powerbi say its offline at the same time.

Hi @ImadDabbura,

Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version of personal gateway as Administrator to see if it works.

As I cannot reproduce this issue on my environment, I would suggest you create a support ticket on Power BI Support for better assistance on this issue.
