Personal Gateway issue with Python

Dears All,

I am having an issue with Perosnal Gateway. I have tested Python script as a data scource, and it worked well. Then after I published my report online and installing the Personal Gateway, it shows me an error message in the Data Source Credintals Section . I used Python 3.5 version and fixed that in the options (Python Scripting) to point it to Anaconda New environment with that Python version. I don't know why is reading from wrong url.

Yes, we could refresh the python scropt through the on-premises data gateway in personal mode (personal gateway) in power bi service.

To enable this, you must ensure that the Python runtime with the dependent Python packages are also installed on the machine hosting your personal gateway. Note, Python script execution is not supported for on-premises data gateways shared by multiple users.

In addition, do you have refresh error in power bi desktop?

If you have, I'm afraid that may be caused by the version of Python based on this similar thread.
