Hello,
I need some help creating performance calculations/project health metrics on my dashboard. I have a list of projects with scheduled start and end dates, and associated actual start and end dates. I need measures for how we are performing agaisnst the schedule (are we behind, on time, or ahead of schedule for each task). Any ideas would be helpful! Below is a sample excel document with the information. Thank you for your time and consideration!
