Percentage for distinct count

I have a data like this..

Measure for countvalue is 

countvalue = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('Sheet1'[Policy]),'Sheet1'[ENDORSEMENT]=0 )
I want (%) percentage value for category type Percenatge of Total based on count values ...
 
plse help...
