The goal for this report is to get the percent of Inventory $ to Revenue $.
Here is my scenario. I have two tables, one called BalanceSheet which has the Inventory $ and the other called SalesByCust which has the Revenue $.
They are related together via two dim tables (FinPeriod) which gives the finanical period from a general ledger and (Year) which gives the year.
From the Balance sheet I have the Inventory $ from a column called GLHistory_tranYtdBalance and from the SalesByCust I have a Revenue $ from a column called Total.
That being said, what is the best way to go about getting that perecent based on the relations of the tables?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
