Password reset

How do I reset my password?  Here's the message I get when I'm clicking 'Reset you password' link:

We're sorry

You cannot reset your password at this time because your administrator has not configured password reset for your organization. There is no further action you can take to resolve this situation. Please contact your admin and ask them to configure password reset. To learn more about password reset configuration read the article

If you'd like, we can contact an administrator in your organization to reset your password for you.

Additional details: SSPR_0011: Your organization has not defined a password reset policy. Please contact your admin and ask them to define a password reset policy.

I am the admin. Who should I contact then to get my password reset?  I also tried to click the link above saying 'we can contact an administrator in your organization to reset your password for you'.  It didn't work. Nobody contacted me.

Please login to https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home to change the user password. Please also refer to a-user-or-an-administrator-forgot-his-or-her-password-in-office-365-az.

Thank you Dale for your response.  Unfortunately it's not working.  I do remember my Microsoft Account password and I can login to it without any problem.  It's like a vicious circle:  I login to my Microsoft account and ask to reset my Power BI password. And it's saying that 'You cannot reset your password at this time because your administrator has not configured password reset for your organization. There is no further action you can take to resolve this situation. Please contact your admin'.

Actually, it's one account for both Office 365 and Power BI. 

1. Did you reset password for one account?

2. Are you an admin of Office 365?

3. Are there any other admins?
