I have a data set for project details but I don't need all the projects on my dashboard.
To get around the problem, I added a simple group with the Project IDs that I want included and left all unwanted ungrouped and placed that on a page level filter.
The problem I'm running into is when new IDs are added, they are automatically being "selected" when the dashboard goes through its scheduled updates.
Anyone know of a way around this? I tried going through the advance filter but there are too many line items to do "is" or "is not"
Below is what the group looks like in the filter:
Hi @JLemaire ,
Sorry, not very clear.
Can you provide more details? Does your dashboard refer to the dashboard of the Power BI Service? At the moment I think the issue might be about the Power BI Service.
You said you don't need all the projects on your dashboard, then what is your initial requirement like, and what logic do you want to display the project ID you need.
Best Regards,
Stephen Tao

Sorry for the confusion, I'm talking about the desktop application and the automatic selection of new items within the "filters" area.
If my dataset has added a new ProjectID, after a refresh of the dataset - the new ProjectID will be automatically selected in the fitler location.
