The X asix of graph shows number

0.5  0.7  1  1.5 10  12  14  16  18  2  20 . . .

I want the number order like

 0.5  0.7  1  1.5  2  3  4 . . . 10 11 12 13 . . . 20 21 22 . . .

like number ascending , Does it now make sense?

First of all, check, if this field is marked as a number in the data model, or can you make it as a number. Will that work out? (or Do you want to make it a number)

Else you need to have a new column in number format. refer

and define that column as a sort column for this one.

the column is text type, but if i changed it to number type, then the decimal number will be changed..

is there any ways that i can keep the column text type but order them as ascending?

Hi @Anonymous ,

we can keep origin column as text type, then create a new calculate column as decimal number

rank = VALUE('Table'[Order Number])

Then put the new column into the tooltips field of chart.

At last we can sort by this rank column to meet your requirement.

You have to create a new column based on this in number format and define that column as a sort column for this. else you have to use padding to make sure that single-digit numbers are sort before.
