Order Aggregation

Hello,

i would love to display the stardard oders our clients make on our webshop.

Is there a possibility to aggregate this data in powerbi?

So that I see:

Clients usually order:
1 product A

1 product B

1 product C

Thank you

Viktor

Hi @v_franz ,

Could you please provide some sample data(exclude sensitive data) and your expected result with example and backend logic?  Do you want to get the number of orders that users consume at your webshop or something else?

Best Regards

Hello @Anonymous

thank you for your replay

Sample data:

Order1 - product A

Order1 - product B

Order1 - product C

Order1 - product D

Order2 - product A

Order2 - product F

Order2 - product B

Order2 - product Z

Order3 - product F

Order3 - product C

Order3 - product A

Order3 - product Z

...

now I want to know, what is the usual composition of our orders to have an Idea for our logistics what should be the most suitable packaging. So it should be grouped by order and by products.

I hope everything is clear now 🙂 Otherwise just let me know, so I'll try to explain it better 🙂

Thank you.

Best wishes

V.

Hi @v_franz ,

I'm still not clear about your requirement... What is the usual composition of the order you mentioned? Do you want to get the product composition of each order just like the screenshot below?

Could you please share the sample data in your model  and expected results with me in the following format?

Sample data

Order Product
Ord1 A
Ord1 B
Ord2 C
... ...

Expected result with specific examples and backend logic

Order Usual composition of the order
Ord1 ?
Ord2 ?
... ...

Hi @v_franz ,

Not sure if I understand the requirement but you can setup on the filters of visualizations and or pages the TOPN based on a calculation (sum, count, distinct, max, ...)
