Hi @GanesaMoorthyGM - can you install, Oracle Data Access Components (ODAC),
youtube:
Oracle .NET, Visual Studio, and VS Code ODAC Downloads for Oracle Database
or
Oracle Instant Client Downloads
Add this to your System PATH
eg: C:\oracle\product\19.0.0\client_1\bin
port: 1521
check and configure the service name
Hope the above details helps.

Hi @GanesaMoorthyGM ,
1. Install the Oracle Client Download and unzip the Oracle Instant Client (64-bit) from Oracle’s official site (the Basic package is enough). You don’t need to install the full Oracle database, just the client.
2. Add the Client to Your System PATH After extracting, add the path to your Instant Client folder (e.g., C:\oracle\instantclient_21_13) to your Windows system environment variable called PATH.
3. Make Sure Everything is 64-bit Power BI Desktop is almost always 64-bit now. If you install a 32-bit Oracle client by mistake, it simply won’t work.
4. Connect in Power BI Open Power BI Desktop, choose the Oracle Database connector, and use this kind of server name: hostname:1521/servicename Example: oracleserver.mydomain.com:1521/XEPDB1
5. Gateway for Scheduled Refresh If you plan to refresh your dataset in the Power BI Service (cloud), the machine running your Power BI Gateway needs the Oracle client installed too (same steps as above).
