Opening an external link from Power Bi cell

I want to click on a hyperlink which does NOT start http:// , it actually links to dynamics navision so the hyperlink starts dynamicsnav://

Any ideas how this can be acheived?

Thanks for the reply, however it doesn't resolve my issue.

In another example, this could point to opening a file using a hyperlink such as file:// These links work when developing web pages but don't render in power bi.
