Referring to the attached Word document, I have lots of measures that exhibit odd behavior. I have dozens of measures that behave the same way. Details about the measures and screenshots are in the attached document. In a nutshell, the measure value changes depending on the page on which it appears.
It is used on the Table of Contents page as a Button Tooltip, where the percentage appears correctly, and also on the Statistics Visuals (1 of 2) page, where it is also correct.
However, when used on the details pages, it displays the percentage as 100%.
Is there an issue with the scope of the measures? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community.
Thank you @parry2k for the prompt response.
Can you please share the sample data as suggested by @parry2k , so that it will be helpful for us to solve the issue.
Unfortunately, Commonwealth policy prevents me from sharing even masked data.
@johnjbolduc recreate sample data and share that

Unfortunately, due to Commonwealth data security practices, I am unable to share files outside of our organization.
FYI I have no clue how to attach my .pbip file.
