I wonder if anyone can help.
I am trying to get to the meta data of a libaray within SharePoint when connecting in PBI, I am presented with an error saying the URL isn't valid and I should only proivde the root url, however, when I do this I can only get meta data from the top level of folders. The library I want the meta data for is in a sub folder.
Thanks
Hi @Anonymous ,
How did you connector to that datasource? Web connector or sharepoint connector? Can you confirm you have correspond permissions to access these files?
In addition, if you are working with web connector. You can try to add 'relative path' option to split original url to root path and relative path.

Hi @Anonymous ,
I do have permission to access the files. I have predominatly been trying to connect via the Sharepoint connectors. Which is where I can only access folders at the top level.
The when I have tried the web connector this morning I get an unable to connect error.
