November Update - missing functions

Hello dear community,

I have two questions:

1) I downloaded the November Update a week ago, but I noticed that some new features are still absend in my Power Bi Desktop(I have a German version and Windows 10). For example, there is no funktion "find clusters" in the Dot-diagram:

or I don't have the function "change layout" under View,as it actually should be in November update:

do you know why  I didn't get all the new features with the update?

2)and a question about language: I downloaded initially a german version of Power BI. Is it possible to switsch between the languages Englisch/German?

The only way to change the language in Power BI Desktop is to go back to the download page and download it in a different language. See: Choose your language when you download Power BI Desktop.

I have found an answer to the first question - I needed just to enable these Preview features (File -> Options and Settings -> Options -> Preview Features).
