Not getting 100 % in data view as shown below

I have created a column but it now giving 100%, I have used this column Dax

Utilization = DIVIDE(CALCULATE(SUM(SAC[Total Hours])-SUM(SAC[Hours])),SUM(SAC[Total Hours]))



this is a table visual where I am getting this values

this is a created column that was created by using
 Utilization = DIVIDE(CALCULATE(SUM(SAC[Total Hours])-SUM(SAC[Hours])),SUM(SAC[Total Hours]))
