Non interactive flag feature request

Hi Team,

I am requesting a flag for images / shapes to be flagged as "non-interactive".  While flagged, an image/shape would:

* not respond to clicks - and would not come forward in the visual

* not display tooltips, even if left on

* not permit any form of normal BI interactions

Thanks for pointing that out.  The search bar doesn't seem to always search the site effectively.

Any way to move these over there, or do I need to post them again?
