No option for removing users with viewer level access

I'm seeing no option for removing a viewer user from the access list for the power bi report I own.

I can edit the users in the overall group, but I cannot remove a user for the report-based sharing.

There is a remove option for the "Read" access users:

But, if i open the popup for the viewer user, i don't see the remove option:

Hi, @Anonymous 

After testing, the Viewer on this page is the Viewer in the workspace permissions and has read permissions in the dataset. This page can not be deleted directly, only in the workspace access can be deleted.

I see the ability to remove users with read access, but not with viewer access

Please check in workspace access if you are an Admin and if you have remove access to Viewer?

What is your role in this workspace? Only Admin and Member can add/remove people
