New column based on set of conditions

I need the desired output as if any of the column in L or B or H is greater than 700 then add 10% oc CBM to the existing CBM.

	Length	Breath	height	CBM=(L*B*H)/1000000000	New CBM
Item 1	900	878	567	0.4480434	0.49284774
Item 2	720	390	543	0.1524744	0.16772184
Item 3	897	789	876	0.619974108	0.681971519
Item 4	143	234	321	0.010741302	0.010741302
If any of L or B or H is greater Than 700 then add 10% in the existing CBM calculation

You can create a column with below code:-

New CBM =
VAR Ten_percent_CBM = ( 'CBM data'[CBM] * 10 ) / 100
RETURN
    IF (
        'CBM data'[Length] > 700
            || 'CBM data'[Breath] > 700
            || 'CBM data'[height] > 700,
        'CBM data'[CBM] + Ten_percent_CBM,
        'CBM data'[CBM]
    )
