New column based on set of conditions

I need the desired output as if any of the column in L or B or H is greater than 700 then add 10% oc CBM to the existing CBM.

 

 LengthBreathheightCBM=(L*B*H)/1000000000New CBM

If any of L or B or H is greater Than 700 then add 10% in the existing CBM calculation

if( [L]>700 || [B] > 700 || [C] >700 , [CBM], [CBM]*1.1)

You can create a column with below code:-

New CBM =
VAR Ten_percent_CBM = ( 'CBM data'[CBM] * 10 ) / 100
RETURN
    IF (
        'CBM data'[Length] > 700
            || 'CBM data'[Breath] > 700
            || 'CBM data'[height] > 700,
        'CBM data'[CBM] + Ten_percent_CBM,
        'CBM data'[CBM]
    )
