Need to select date of a particular cell

Hi,

I have this requirement of selecting the date for the cell where there is negative quantity and then perform further computation upon it 

I m using a matrix visual for representing my data in power bi.

As an example in the screenshot above i need to get the date for which negative quantity starts appearing i.e 3/30/2018 in this case.

What are you using for the Values field? Seems like you could do a simple IF statement for <0 and then do you further computations.

There exists a Many to One relationship between the Shortages and Calendar;Shortages and ItemInfo.

Shortages is being derived from the table ShortageData.
