Need to create Vlookup using same table for Monthly comparison

Hi All,

Required your assistance, I have connected to sql table, which is having more than 5 months data, need to create 3 columns/Measures doing VLOOKUP for comparison between months
Currently working on data using excel creating tabs for Vlookup, same has to be done in power bi, but i have more 5 months data.
Eg:
Jan data should be Vlookup from Feb data.. so on.. 

Is this option possible in power BI?

You could share your pbix file through Onedrive for business,and remember to remove the confidential information.
