Need only grand total for Matrix Visual

Hi Power BI Community,

In the matrix visual below, i dont want the subtotals, i only need the grand total. Is it possible to acheive? Any suggesstions would be really helpful.

As the @Daniel29195 above said, His method is correct, maybe there are some problems with your operation process.

 

I created a table based on your screenshot.

Then follow the steps marked on my diagram to achieve your needs

go to row subtotals,

enable the per row level : 

choose from the dropdown , category , 

and turn off total

then choose service, and turn of subtotal .

Go to Format Visual -> Visual -> Row subtotals and switch it off like in the image. It should do the work.

in the matrix visualization pane, you can turn on/off the subtotals  base on the level you are on .
