    Hi Ranjith_96

As the Daniel29195 above said, His method is correct, maybe there are some problems with your operation process.

I created a table based on your screenshot.

Then follow the steps marked on my diagram to achieve your needs

    Best Regards,

    Jayleny

    go to row subtotals,

enable the per row level :

choose from the dropdown , category ,

    and turn off total

then choose service, and turn of subtotal .

let me know if this helps .

    Hi Ranjith_96
Go to Format Visual -> Visual -> Row subtotals and switch it off like in the image. It should do the work.

  • Hi! This is a year later but hoping someone can help! What if you are giving users the ability to pick and choose what rows they want to see? How would you pick which row to keep subtotal? Hope this makes sense!
