I am creating Competency Dashboard, where 1 data source is sharepoint and second data source is Excel which contains 2021 baseline Data. Also I need a space in my current dashboard, where a manager discuss the performance with their employee , HE can enter in dashboard the score against each employee which appears in the dashboard table. But the writing back should not be amended in Data source 1 due to multiple user access. Power app can help?? this is my problem..how can i solve this issue with a Power BI dashboard. What is the best solution I can do here.

As you might aware already, Power App is a recommended option within Power BI for write-back option. You can have one more sharepoint source to store write-back option and the same can be combined with in Power BI on top of your existing Sharepoint and excel sources.
