Hi,
I've got the table below, and the orange header are my main data inside Power BI and the green headers are the first initial calculation.
Calcualtion I need to do in Power is:
W.F = Each Duration / Overall Duration of each project (Sum of durations)
W.F Per day = W.F / Duration
And then I want the "W.F per day" to be spread within the duration of each row, which give you the table below:
Which will give you the graphs below from the comulatives.
These are all on excel and I want this inside power BI please.
Can someone pelase help. Thank you!
The data table below for ease of use.
| Project ID | Start | Finish | Duration |
| A | 07/04/2025 | 09/04/2025 | 3 |
| A | 10/04/2025 | 21/04/2025 | 8 |
| A | 22/04/2025 | 28/04/2025 | 5 |
| A | 29/04/2025 | 30/04/2025 | 2 |
| B | 15/04/2025 | 18/04/2025 | 4 |
| B | 21/04/2025 | 25/04/2025 | 5 |
| B | 28/04/2025 | 30/04/2025 | 3 |
| B | 01/05/2025 | 02/05/2025 | 2 |
Solved! Go to Solution.
Your Duration column is not helping. Instead, use a filter that eliminates saturdays and sundays.
