Need Help - Row Level security

Hi, I have a two table information shared below 

Person	Position	Site Name	Email	Region
Daniel	Nurse	Chennai	Daniel@abc.com	APAC
Mark	Medical Leader	Chennai	Mark@abc.com	APAC
Dinesh	Physician	Chennai	Dinesh@abc.com	APAC

Region	Country	Site	Created Date	Entered by	Case id
APAC	India	Chennai	4/1/2020	Daniel	1001
APAC	India	Chennai	4/1/2020	Mark	1002
APAC	India	Hyderabad	4/1/2020	Dinesh	1003
APAC	India	Hyderabad	4/1/2020	Daniel	1004

I want to apply low level security as the condition of Medical Leader should see all cases and other persons should see cases based on login and location he shared with others , I have given desired result below

If Daniel is logged in - He can see 3 records(Case ID: 1001,1002,1004)

If Mark is logged in - He can see all 4 records(Case ID: 1001,1002,1003,1004)

If Dinesh is logged in - He can see 3 records(Case ID: 1001,1002,1003)
