How to define dashboards to always use the same excel structure?

Good morning,

I am a student who is doing her final year work and wanted to use Power Bi to show some KPi that I have defined.

My question is related to the following. I have done several tests using Power Bi and the dashboards have been generated once the data was already imported (in this case they are in excel format). So I have generated the charts selecting which columns I wanted to show in each one. My question is related to the following, if for example I always want to show the same dashboards because the excel that is going to be imported into Power BI always has the same columns, there is some way to define the dashboards so that when the excel to Power Bi dashboards "fill"?

Not 100% clear but what it sounds like is that you want to save your PBIX file as a PBIT (template) file. This saves everything in the report except the data. When you create a PBIX file from a PBIT file it prompts you to connect the data sources.
