Name of hierarchy in matrix table

Hi,
I have a matrix table with an org structure. The row for an unit itself has no entry for its name (a Level 1), only the values are shown (e. g. OPEN_000001095 /Niederlassungsleiter).
Is it possible to show the name in these entrys as shown in picture two?

you would have to add these fake rows to your source data.
