Multiple date column

Hello guys,

I need your precious help.

I'm struggling with PowerBI. I need to calculate the number of employees who left the company during the same month of the file uploading. You can find the sample_data through this link .I have uploaded 5 month of data.

Example: If we hired 500 associate in February_2023 how many left the company during the same month.

Thank you for help

Hi, duplicate both colmns and transform to the month start

Then, conditional column, if the value of updated and value of left are equal then it is a leaver.
