Hi,

I'm just using Power BI Desktop for the first time, I have a problem if in my excel file has multiple header like this:

PowerBI_1.PNG

After I load into PowerQuery, it looks like this.

PowerBI_2.PNG

  1. PowerQuery don't have feature Merge & Center like Excel, any solution for my problem ?
  2. and I want the visualization can filter "In January B for Category KLM what is the SUM" is it possible ?

Thanks a lot!

Hi,

You may refer to my solution here - Rearrange a multi heading dataset into a single heading one which is Pivot ready.  Please check both workbooks at that link.

Hope this helps.

Hi Ashish,

Thanks, so far it works for my dummy data! 🙂

Unfortunately I couldn't access due to permission issue on the second workbook.

Thanks

Hi,

You are welcome.  I guess you mean that you cannot download the second workbook.  Please try to download from your Home internet connection.
