Hello,
I need help to apply multiple conditional formatting rules to the same column values and show red/green up & down arrows. My table is like the one below. I have used rules and I can negative values with red down arrow & positive values with green up arrows
But I don't understand how I can reverse the colors for up/down arrows for certain metrics where increase is worse/decrease is better. Please help
Metric Q/Q Formatting Required
Revenue -10% Red Down Arrow
Escalation -5% Green Down Arrow
Profit 10% Green Up Arrow
TAT 5% Red Up Arrow

Hi @EshaanG ,
Here are the steps you can follow:
1. Create measure.
Measure =
SWITCH(
TRUE(),
MAX('Table'[Metric])="Revenue",UNICHAR ( 128315 ),
MAX('Table'[Metric])="Escalation",UNICHAR ( 9660 ),
MAX('Table'[Metric])="Profit",UNICHAR ( 9650 ),
MAX('Table'[Metric])="TAT",UNICHAR ( 128314 ))
2. Select Format – Field formatting – [Measure]—Font color is green
3. Result:

Liu Yang
