Multiple Authentication Prompts Power BI Desktop

I am looking for help solving an issue where each time a Power BI Desktop instance is opened, the user is required to authenticate two times. Users are all using AWS. We have cleared permissions for each data source and cleared the gloabl cache. 

We are using the following:

Power BI Desktop Version: 2.118.828.0 64-bit (June 2023)

AWS Version: 5.8.0.4065
