Good morning,
I am using a matrix visual to create a Gannt Chart and one of my levels is MonthShortName. As can be seen in the image, The months do not sort properly. For example Jan comes after Feb in 2022, Dec comes before Nov in 2022, Nov comes before Oct in 2024 and Nov comes before Dec in 2025. This is strange because I have also added weekNo and they are also not sorted corretly.
Has anyone else come across this issue?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Select the column, go to Column Tools in the ribbon and choose Sort by column. You can pick the column in there
Make sure that for MonthShortName the Sort By column is Month Number. That will fix the week number as well - the week number is sorted correctly but it is below MonthShortName in the hierarchy.
How do I sort by column?
Select the column, go to Column Tools in the ribbon and choose Sort by column. You can pick the column in there
