I have done new measure for sum_stock however based on sum_stock measure i need min value for each UID.

min(table[Quantity])
or
minx(values(Table[UID]),[sum_stock])

You can try the following Measure and then create a Table visual.
Min_each_UID = MINX('DIM',[Sum_Stock])
The result looks like this:
