I have a conection to Oracle 12.1 but Power BI Deskopt show me

ErrorCode=-2147467259

 

TNS has the settings correct, also I installed Client Oracle in other computer, how ever the conection Oracle to Power BI work, I thinks is my computer has the error but i can not to  identify the issue.
