Measure to count transactions between date fields

Hi

I need to create a new measure which can be used to show a count of business that has been cancelled before it has been taken up but after it as been agreed. I have the following fields which I need to use:

Policy Transaction Count (this will show a count of cancellations)

Accepted Date (this represents the date business was agreed)

Inception Date (this represents the date business was due to start)

I need the measure to show something like:

NTU = CALCULATE([POLICY_TRANSACTION_COUNT] IF IT OCCURS AFTER [ACCEPTED_DATE] AND PRIOR TO [INCEPTION DATE]

I keep finding that only one of the date fields will be displayed in the measure despite the fact they are contained in different tables...

Thanks in advance!

I should also add that I am trying to create a measure which shows:

=CALCULATE([POLICY_TRANSACTION_COUNT], WHEN IT OCCURS WITHIN THE 14 DAYS AFTER [INCEPTION DATE]

AND ALSO

= CALCULATE([POLICY_TRANSACTION_COUNT], WHEN IT OCCURS AFTER 14 DAYS FROM [INCEPTION DATE]

Take a look at these two Quick Measures as I think you want something like them.
