Spotlight Doubt
The Slicer has been set with a spotlight in this case. The Table shows value on;y when a selection is made. Is there a way for the spotlight to be removed once a selection is made? And get back to spotlight mode once deselected?

Based on my test, I am afraid you could not achieve this feature currently, you could try to add two bookmarks to show your report:
B1 show the spotlight:
B2 show the selected item:
