According to your description, I suppose you want to make the measurement show "1" when the name is selected by the cutter, you can follow my steps:
Measure =
SWITCH(
SELECTEDVALUE('Slicer'[Name]),
MAX('Table'[Name]),1,0)
And you can get anything you want.

If this result is not what you want, you can publish some sample data (without sensitive data) and the expected result.

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
