According to your description, I suppose you want to make the measurement show "1" when the name is selected by the cutter, you can follow my steps:

1. Create a [Slicer] table:

2. Create a measure:

SWITCH(

SELECTEDVALUE('Slicer'[Name]),

MAX('Table'[Name]),1,0)

3. Create a slicer and table, place fields like this:

And you can get anything you want.
