    Hi Anonymous 

    if so, Im not sure how do you calculate [Fac IRA] field. it could depends on aggregation

    but you can try to change percents to number in Conditional formatting dialog box and set rate as numbers:

    0.95-1

    0.9-0.95

    0-0.9
