Hi,
I have the below Matrix Table showing the data weekly for two groups.
Need help with DAX to divide New Hire values/Tenured Values
Solved! Go to Solution.
Then these measure patterns will work
T = calculate(sum(Data[Amount]),Data[Type] = "Tensured")
NH = calculate(sum(Data[Amount]),Data[Type] = "New Hire")
D = divide([T],[NH])
Hope this helps.

I have added a IF statement for the tenure days and created two groups Tenured and New Hire.
Then these measure patterns will work
T = calculate(sum(Data[Amount]),Data[Type] = "Tensured")
NH = calculate(sum(Data[Amount]),Data[Type] = "New Hire")
D = divide([T],[NH])
Hope this helps.
Hi,
The values for the New Hire and Tenured is the AHT in Total Seconds, am trying to divide the New Hire AHT seconds by Tenured AHT seconds week by week.
Eg : Week 41 -
689
580
The % should be
18.79%
What problem do you face with the measures which i suggested?
Hi,
After creating the measure suggested, the % increase is not calculated as below. Need help how to use ABS function here to get the correct % increase.
Eg : Week 41 -
689
580
The % should be
18.79%
Cannot understand your requirement unless you share the file.
No problem thank you for helping me! I created a new measure to get the output I am looking for.
Hi,
If new hire and tenured are measures that you have written, then write this measure
Measure = divide([new hired],[tenured])
