Matrix removing conditional formatting

Hi Eveyone , I need a help

Here in above image , I have applied conditional formatting to the values in img 1
but when i drilled down in the hierarchy , why it is not keeping the conditional formatting to the upper level as well
and even i did not drilled down accessories , Bikes , Components , it has removed the conditional formatting.
can anyone please help and provide a solution on how to achieve this.

@govind_021  If you select "Values and Total" in Apply to option so you would see your expected result. Please refer the below screen shots.
