Hi, the table in the form of matrix table. The low level which that has blank name, how to remove the entire low level row not the high level. If I use blank, the high level also removed.

You need to replace blanks with null in Power Query, then use the measure.

The measure returns both low and high level removed, but I required only the low level to be removed
