Hide/Unhide Visuals for specific users

Hi All, 

Hope you are doing well !. Please help me with your suggestions for below requirement .

I have two Pages in Report (Summary and Detail). Summary Page has a button to navigate to detail page . There are 10 users using this report . I want to show the button (in summary Page) only to 5 users and other 5 should not see the button in Summary Page.

Please let me know how can we achieve this .
