Matrix Gantt Not showing all Row Data

Hi,

I have created the following report. The visual on the top right is a count of projects will the bottom visual is a gantt chart created with a matrix visualization. I'm not sure why the Gantt is not showing all the data available. I've checked to make sure both visuals have the same filters and they do. Has anyone had issues with this before?

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
