Hi,
I have a Matrix where I have two Dimensions in Rows and one DAX measure in Values.
I have turned off +/- icons in Row headers so the user will only see one Dimension at a time and will have to click on the Drill down icon to see the next Dimension.
But when I click on Export data and open the csv file in excel it is including the Dimension that is not showing on th Matrix at the time I do the Export? How do I prevent this as it is misleading.
Thanks

Are you really sure you want to do that?
In Options and Settings under report settings try to unselect "allow users to export both summary and underlying data"

Hi,
Sorry this does not do what I want, when I click Export data I get the option of Summarized data or Underlying data, I thought the Summarized data would show just the fields showing on the Matrix at that time but it is including all the fields that are in the Rows!? How do I just show the field that it is Drilled Down to when it does the Export? And the Underlying data exports every field from a Table though does not include the field from another table that is included in the Sumamrized data.
Thanks
