The power bi can not hide or show the visual automatically.
Here I find some alternative workaround for your reference:
Dynamically Show or Hide Power BI Visual Based on Slicer Selection (mssqltips.com)
Show or Hide a Power BI Visual Based on Selection - Excelerator BI
It is worth noting that this technique can be applied to most visuals in Power BI, you might just need to change some bits of the approach in some visuals if its not straight-forward, but the approach should always work.
